Rated 4 out of 5 by from King Split pros and cons Pros - They are very comfortable and we sleep better than our last luxury mattress. My spouse stopped walking up with body aches and did not move around all night. I found myself sleeping being able to sleep better and longer. I stopped waking up with back aches. The SmartPro Base is outstanding and makes our sleep longer with zero gravity. My spouse loves the message option. Cons - Having the King Split keep splitting apart during the night. I am constantly putting them together. Where my spouse has found falling into the opening. Took about 2 weeks to get used to the bed. Is there a way to keep the two beds splitting I would give it 5 stars.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Regret the purchase We purchased this mattress 3 year ago, and it was good for the first year but has steadily declined. It does not matter what position we put the bed in, if we rotate the mattress body pain is a thing. We slept in the guest bed to see, and it was definitely this mattress. I regret paying so much for a mattress we are going to have to replace. I am not sure if the foam has broke down, or what the problem is, but this mattress is awfully uncomfortable. My hips and knees hurt, and my back is tight every morning waking up. This mattress was the worst purchase, and the only way to get the cooling benefits is if you do not put a mattress cover on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can sleep again! Sleep in the last 10 years has been a challenge..When I woke up, I either had a sore neck or back and I was sick of tossing and turning. My husband's snoring had become progressively worse, despite everything I have tried....I was tired of always being sleep-deprived and cranky! The first night in our new bed was so quiet, I was worried that either my husband couldn't fall asleep or something bad had happened! The best part is that the quiet has lasted!!! I am no longer tossing and turning and my fitness watch is telling me that my sleep patterns have gone from poor to excellent! This was the BEST health investment! Thank you, Tempur-pedic!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hybrid is nice, wish it was softer, overall great! Definitely needed a cooling bed here in Texas, the Tempurpedic pro breeze is great in that regard, and we've really enjoyed it over the last 7 months. Only wish that there was a soft better option, as the soft option in the luxe breeze is WAY more expensive. Overall the best bed I've ever slept in, definitely helped with the night sweats. The break in period is also a lot longer than expected, when we first got the bed it was almost like sleeping on a rock! But it feels MUCH better now and overall we're satisfied with our purchase. Definitely recommend the mattress protector as well, fits perfectly on the bed and does a good job of protecting it.

I can honestly say after sleeping on this bed for over a month I have never owned a better bed. Great for back and side sleepers, I love it. It's worth the money. This bed is somewhat firm. I love the cooling feature. The mattress cover is cooling also. I've never slept better. I have the aura ring which tracks my sleep. My score before receiving it was in the low 60's which is terrible, after sleeping on this mattress it's in the high 80's which is really good. Night and day difference. I would buy this mattress again and again. And In fact am getting another one for my son.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trying to cancel the order The order cancelation window of two hours is not ethical when an order is placed at night on the west coast outside of chat of customer service hours. Also, being new to Tempur-Pedic as a customer I do not see log in entry- learned later (next day) that the path to the log in is through "service". Again, it is not very ethical to hide the log-in and then require a 2-hour order cancelation policy. Was on hold twice today and bumped out of the queue after 1 hour each time. Wish I could review the product and be a delighted customer, but after this experience I am not confident that Tempur-Pedic offers quality service. I ordered a queen bed for my daughter, and am canceling the larger bed system for myself.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still adjusting [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new tempur - pro breeze for a little over a month and a half i waited as long as I could to write my review because I want to love it I want it to be comfortable and amazing. Unfortunately I have to say its a lot firmer than I'm used to and I'm having a hard time getting to sleep . I have been told it can take 3 months to adjust to the hybrid beds but once you do they are the greatest things on earth to sleep on so I'm gonna give it a little longer . The mattress it's self is very nice and well made no funny smell like I've experienced before with a new mattress I really do hope I can get used to it .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will let you know after i sleep on it, looks great! When registering the mattress and Tempur Ergo bed frame, finding the serial number was a bit of a pain. The installers put it all together and showed us the options on the remote control, etc. We put the bedding on the bed; I was filling out warranty information and had to unbed the mattress. All the needed information was/is located under the mattress, and the frame info is non-existent. Well, at least I could not find it. I have a suggestion. Please have this information on the sales receipt along with the delivery information. That's my only bug, but It's too soon for anything else. We haven't slept on it yet.
