Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not believe the warranty of 10 years After owning a Split Cal King Temper Pedic bed for less than 5 years, the offered warranty of 10 years will not be honored. The requirements of measuring with a yard stick showing 3/4" indentation are not obtainable. My husband and I wake up in pain daily from the indentations of the split mattresses, they did not hold their original shape for even 5 years. You must show a quarter standing upright of the amount of gap on the bed. As bad as the mattress is with 1/4" gap showing, they will not honor the warranty. False advertising of this being high end, very expensive, bed that will last well beyond 10 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with a body ache, painful shoulder, not well rested and tired before using tempur pedic firm mattress. When the tenpur pedic mattress arrived, I was skeptical initially because it says firm because when I lay down on it, the mattress slightly conforms to my body. After a week of using it, I wake up everyday without bodyaches!!! My shoulder pain from sleeping on my sides are gone! I wake up fresh and well rested! There's a cooling effect on top of the mattress as well that will definitely help during summer season. I've finally found the mattress that my body loves sleeping on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Took a while to become perfect [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, at week two I was ready to leverage my free 90 day trial and return this mattress because it was not that comfortable and I was still waking up with sore joints. However, Tempurpedic customer service urged me to keep it because they said it takes at least 30 days to mold to your body and then you will feel the full benefits of the mattress. Well, they were correct because after 30 days, it felt so amazing I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning and the aches and pains of my joints certainly went away. Thanks Tempurpedic for making an incredible mattress that's helping me sleep better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO MORE WAKING UP STIFF [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First couple days it was VERY FIRM, however, after talking to the online support, I was assured after a few more days to weeks the bed would soften up to meet my standards of comfort. They were soooooo right!!! I LOVE this bed! I don't wake up in horrible pain anymore and I bought the zero gravity bed frame, which is a game changer I will tell you!!! The pair of them had transformed the way I think about going to sleep and that is a real blessing!! The biggest hurdle is getting through the few days of discomfort while your brand new beds cells start to soften and conform to your body. This is amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get the AHHHHH moment as soon as you climb into bed! Cannot wait to go to bed each night with our new King Pro-Adapt Firm Mattress. We have been through at least 10 different mattresses over the last 15 years or so and I was always afraid to pull the trigger and buy a Tempur-Pedic. Finally did and kick myself for not doing it sooner. This is the best feeling mattress ever. I will never go back to an inner spring nor could I ever see myself sleeping on a "Bed-In-A-Box" mattress. I sleep better, more soundly. I don't find myself getting hot with this mattress as some people have complained about. Tem[ur-Pedic may not be for everyone, but I, myself am glad I took the plunge. Oh, and my husband loves it too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not quite the tempurpedic experience I was hoping for [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid because I wanted the increased support on the edge and that is good, pretty much what I expected. I was hoping for more of the actual tempur experience in the rest of the bed but it's just not thick enough to provide that. As a result, I frequently get up in the morning with some minor pain in my shoulder and hip. I'm a side sleeper. The pain dissipates after I've been up for a while, so it's bearable. I might have purchased the next grade up in the mattress, but it was out of my price range, especially due to the fact that I bought the EASE Power Base at the same time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why buy anything other than Tempurpedic? Our first Tempurpedic mattress was 19 years old, and the "original" memory foam mattress. We started shopping, looking at the "competitors". Then we said, "We know we love our Tempurpedic, so why switch?". After calling Tempurpedic and telling them we wanted the "exact same" support as our first mattress, they pointed us to the Proadapt firm. The first night, I couldn't sleep and thought we had made a bad decision. The second night, to today, sleep is amazing. No waking up sore or achy. My husband and I both have back issues, his are worse. Since we purchased our first Tempurpedic, his back has been so much better. Can't brag on this mattress enough! Beware, it is REALLY FIRM!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Switching Tempurpedics after 15 years helped my shoulder We have been happily sleeping on Tempurpedic mattresses for 20+ years. Recently, though, I developed shoulder arthritis, and I was waking up with shoulder pain. We switched our old (still good!) firm Tempurpedic for this softer version. No more shoulder pain! Tempurpedic mattresses have consistently given us our best sleeps. As our bodies change over time, updating the style of mattress we sleep on makes good sense. (Our friends' six-foot, six-inches adult child was delighted to adopt our like-new king-size mattress, and loves it as much as we did. Tempurpedics seemingly 'last forever.')
