The mattress itself is just so beautiful I almost didn't want to cover it with a sheet! It's this beautiful blue and has a fun design on it. The material they used is also very soft. Now on to the mattress itself. The mattress was so comfortable! I wasn't sure if it was going to be too firm for me, but the medium was absolutely perfect. I felt like Goldilocks when she found the "just right" bed I slept like a baby (with 3 kids that's always a plus) and woke up without any weird kinks in my neck or any discomfort. I would absolutely recommend this bed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Worth The Money My mom and I both purchased mattresses through Ashley, thinking we just bought the best mattress on the market and for our price range. Wow were we wrong!! We filed claims and they offered us replacements which we accepted. Once receiving them, we discovered they were worse quality than our previous model. So over the next 6 months plus, they kept "replacing" our mattresses until I told them we are done rearranging our lives and house for more deliveries. They have done nothing to compensate us except to threaten with sending more mattresses. Please do not spend the money you will be wasting it! This is not what craftsmanship looks like!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 4030 Melody Pond Way We bought a very expensive mattress to support our backs and to relieve discomfort we were having. It made some improvement but advice from a physical therapist to place a pillow between our knees did much more good. Now after a little over a year, depressions are developing where we sleep with a ridge in the middle. A service technician came out to evaluate it and made measurements along the ridge so found no problem. You can clearly see the depressions even with a comforter on top. Also, the sides are beginning to roll down. This is not the quality I would expect from a mattress in this price range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JUST BUY IT! I've slept on many mattresses in my life. This thing is amazing. I'm the average American male size - 5'9" 190lbs. With other top of the line memory foam mattresses they were comfortable however, I would sweat too much. With this mattress in the same room, I never wake up in a pool of sweat. In fact since purchasing this mattress, I hardly ever wake up in the middle of the night at all. I'm much more rested getting up every morning than I ever was prior. This is worth the premium over the competition, especially if you have a demanding job and must get up everyday ready to perform at the highest levels - YOU NEED THIS AND NOTHING LESS!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The perfect mattress for those seeking a comfy, cozy sleep! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattress, it's like sleeping on a cloud! I have sciatica, and this mattress has been wonderful! I've never slept better! I will say that originally we had it on the box springs that were part of our old traditional mattress set and my husband felt like we didn't have enough support (He prefers a more firm mattress) and felt like his weight on the mattress made me rolling into him during the night. However, we switched to a platform style bed without a box spring and the support was better for him! I highly recommend this if you prefer a cozy, comfy sleep and have a strong base.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hybrid luxury edition The worst mattress I've ever owned after 8 months of trying to get used to it we had to put in guest room we are using our old mattress again just after 4 hours of sleeping on it causes lower back pain for both of us my wife weighs 115 lb and I weigh 250 makes no difference it sinks in when we sleep on it . I went through all the hoops for warranty and lots of pictures broom stick test and receipt for customer support said our box spring was not compatible and there was no defect in their product. The sleep galleria we purchased at is out of business . No replacement or warranty I advise anyone not to buy before knowing about the full warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BAD Investment I spent over $3500 for the pillow top firm and it has been the worst investment I have ever made. I am a single person and with one person sleeping on the mattress, it is hard to sleep all over the mattress to even out the pillow top sinking. Now the pillow top sinks in one area that I sleep and is very lumpy. I wake up hurting every morning. Now I will be trashing my investment when I can and going back to Beautyrest probably. I had a beautyrest mattress for 9 years before finally buying a new one. Losing over $3500 is a big hit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice comfortable bed with a big flaw for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed the feel and comfort of this bed except for a big flaw. It's the buttons riddled throughout. They just don't let me or my partner truly enjoy the pillow top mattress. They are hard and when tossing or turning in bed we sink into them. The only relief has been adding a comforter and blanket over the bed but then we feel that defeats the purpose. Other than that, yes the bed is is super luxurious feeling and looking. I missed the bed on a vacation but when I got back to my bed I turned over and felt the jab of the button on my side and I remembered how this mattress is close but not there yet. At least with the pillow top version.
