[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had back pain for a while, so I was skeptical a new mattress would help that much. I was completely mistaken! I enjoy a firm mattress, so that is what I got and I am completely satisfied. I expected to be a little uncomfortable as I broke the firmness in a bit, but I didn't experience that. From the day it was delivered, it's been like sleeping on a cloud. A very firm cloud. LoL. This mattress has all but eliminated my back and hip pain. I would recommend this mattress to everyone. Seriously. My son and I fight over who wants to sleep on it. LoL. It is worth every penny, I promise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was shopping for mattresses, I called S&F to inquire which model would be similar to what I already had. Because I loved my current S&F mattress & had had it for years, I wanted to find something similar in look & feel. They helped me research the accurate comparison & I was able to place the order the same day. The entire process was amazing & easy. The mattress was delivered fairly quickly by a team of professionals who set it up, took the old mattress & foundation away. And I was enjoying a great night's sleep in no time. Just an excellent experience all around. I love my new S&F mattress! Such quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to BzzAgent, and my free sample mattress from Stearns and Foster I have been getting the best sleep I've had in a long time! BzzAgent and Stearns and Foster provided me with this mattress to sample and leave my honest review, so here it is! I have had this mattress for about a week. I previously had a bed in a box that desperately needed to be replaced. This mattress is just the right amount of support and comfort so that I wake rested and with less back pain than I have had in a while. I don't wake up in the middle of the night uncomfortable and in pain, instead I sleep soundly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unhappy We purchased a King size S&F Estate pillowtop soft with box springs about 1 yr ago. I read where SF Box Spring were extra beefy and supportive. The box springs are horrible, slapped together, some fabric not stapled. Our first set of box springs were so defective SF replaced. The mattress store sold us twin XL box springs for a king mattress. The Box springs always seem to be shifting and not sturdy enough for the mattress creating a moving noise when you turnover. Im reading now that we should have a one piece box spring, not twins. I hate calling the mattress store again after the first complaint they are not very friendly.

It's firm not hard and you can't feel and movement when sleeping next to another . It's a high profile mattress so getting out of bed is a breeze . I have no more back pain when waking up in the morning ,It's honestly changed how I sleep and how long I stay asleep . I would pick this mattress again and again . It has a quilted plush top its so nice it's a non flipping mattress you just need to rotate it every 6 mths or s. It is heavy but it does have handles on the side which helps a ton .

After only a few weeks of use, this mattress the "Ellria" does not feel any better than the 16 year old Sears posturepedic mattress that I was replacing. When sitting on the edge there is a creaking sound every time you move. This mattress does not have good pressure point support after sleeping on it for a few hours. When first getting into bed it feels okay but within hours the top is condensed to feeling like you are on a board. Not the sleep or rest I expected for the price. I will never buy another Sterns and Foster. Many of the reviews I have read recently say that it they have had difficulty with the warranty. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

It is firm enough that I do not sink into it, but it isn't hard either. It is thick enough that all of the new sheets fit it too. I hadn't had this brand of mattress before this one and I wish I had tried it sooner. Other mattresses I had in the past were always too soft. This mattress being firm is going to help my back pain and I'm already sleeping better. I am sure that it'll hold up for years without giving me any problems. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed We were in need of a new mattress (ours was 18 years old) and in very bad condition. After doing some research, we decided on a Firm, pillow top. We've had it for 2 months, and already the mattress is sagging. We decided to go with a Sterns and Foster because of the reviews and it seemed like the Top of the Line product. $3,000 + and we are sorely disappointed. I'm happy there was a 120 day guarantee with it, we will go back to the store and select a different mattress. It took 10 years for our old mattress to start failing, this took 2 months. It started out really good, we slept better, felt supported, now we feel like we're on a hill toward the center. We will not choose the mattress without the pillow top for fear it will do the same thing. We will chooses a different brand, Sadly.
