A plush foam layer infused with cooling gel rests close to the surface, reducing temperature fluctuations. The mattress includes a Medical Grade Firm Air Suspension Foam Layer, providing five-zone support with extra comfort for the hips and shoulders, along with targeted support for the lumbar and upper thigh areas. A Copper Infused Cooling Gel Lumbar Foam Layer further enhances support in the middle third of the mattress while offering cooling benefits. The Verti Zoned Coil System with 504 coils delivers zoned comfort and added middle support, encased by foam for a solid edge-to-edge sleeping surface. The next steps in the delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the state of Iowa, or outside the state of Iowa.

Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with delivery outside the state of Iowa may request a shipping date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.

Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and delivery/shipping charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.
