Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice mattress [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is comfortable. I sleep next to my medically fragile toddler and she is also comfortable. The edge of the bed is nicely sturdy, which is helpful because I have to carry my daughter since she is partially paralyzed. There isn't too much movement for her when i turn over during the night. I was used to sleeping on a soft mattress before this but I like that this mattress was medium instead of firm or extra firm. There is a nice layer of padding on top. The matress is deep but not so deep that her sheets didn’t fit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great for the first month only. Excellent mattress for about the first month. The mattress then started to develop a divot where I slept and it increased as time went on. Now at the end of my 100 day sleep trial and this mattress is being returned. For reference, I weigh under 130 lbs/side sleeper. I considered upgrading to the Beautyrest Black series, but after my return email from Beautyrest stating you can only get a free return once a year, the decision was easy to look elsewhere for a replacement mattress. I should have listened to the other reviews about this mattress.

He enjoys when his father or myself lay in bed and read to him in the evening, so it is important to us that his bed be large enough and comfortable enough to accommodate us also. This bed is very comfortable, just the perfect firmness while also being quite soft. My son loves it as well, saying ‘it’s so fluffy and puffy’. Whenever we had a big storm this week, my son asked if I would lay with him until it was done. It was so comfortable, I fell asleep quickly and didn’t experience any back pain while laying there either, which was common with his previous bed. My husband and I are now thinking of replacing our mattress as well since we both enjoy the firmness of the bed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Plush and Firm all in one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this mattress for about 2 weeks now and it is so very comfortable. In the past I've had issues with my mattress getting too warm and I do not have that issue with this mattress. It stays cool while I sleep and I sleep longer because of the coolness and the comfort. I like that it is slightly firm but still has a bit of softness and plushness to it. I am a side sleeper and like that I don't sink in to the mattress but it still makes me feel supported, like someone is hugging you type of feeling. It is a bit heavy and took 2 people to carry it to our upstairs bedroom so keep that in mind. I have owned Beautyrest mattresses before in the past and they do not disappoint. All in all, this is a great mattress.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall satisfied It’s difficult to buy a new mattress. Originally I wanted a S&F mattress and was waiting for a sale. I tried some other mattresses at the store and nothing really came close to the S&F level of comfort I was looking for in a mattress. I was on a time crunch and bit the bullet with purchasing this BeautyRest mattress online as it matched the breakdown of medium firmness and coil springs were truly what I liked in the S&F mattress at the store. I like to sit on the edge of the bed and not sink down, this bed does that to a moderate degree (not nearly as much as the foam beds). That’s my biggest con. Otherwise the mattress is perfect, I can’t feel my spouse move on the other side at night which means the bed either isolates movement or we are sleeping with fewer repositioning episodes. Ideal!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautyrest Cypress Bay Queen mattress review [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are on night two of this mattress, so far so good. It’s more of a medium firm mattress with a gel topping. The height of the mattress was a bit surprising, but so far we are happy with it. Our 2 small frenchies were also able to jump on it from a floor level. I always have a difficult time with the gel top and back issues the next morning and this mattress has proven to not give me issues so far.

This is super comfy as a medium firm queen sized mattress we love the thickness of the the mattress and the soft yet firmness of the mattress. If we needed to purchase a new mattress we'd for sure buy this brand and style of Beauty Rest Harmony Cypress Bay.

My husband has some back issues so getting a comfy mattress for both of us is almost impossible. The first night we slept on it I had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time and still sleeping soundly. My hubby has even said that he is also sleeping great which is a relief for me. I like that it is firm yet soft enough to give my body the support I need. It's taller which lets my husband get in and out of bed easier. I love the design and fabric on the mattress that will last a long time. I get into bed and find that I get comfortable right away so I'm not tossing and turning all night trying to find that position that I can sleep in. If I need to replace another mattress, I will for sure get this one again.
