[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free for testing purposes and immediately noticed the mattress was not as wide as my previous queen! It was stunning to look at but quickly was covered with a mattress protector and sheets, these will have to be purchased new as well as traditional mattress protectors and sheets will NOT fit! I anticipated this potentially happening by be prepared! The comfort level is spot on except my boyfriend is laying on top of me with no room to spare where before with my old queen (a beauty sleep knock off) I had plenty of room!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst "White Glove" delivery ever! Purchased the Beauty rest black and foundation.We were given a delivery window of 7:30 am-11:30 am. I set my alarm..At 6:10 am we get a call the delivery is on it's way. ( I didn't even wake up) Soon after the delivery arrived (way before the window.)and what to my sleepy eyes see? Just the box springs! So you arrived at my hoiuse at 6am something with no Mattress???? I had to fight through numbers that weren't answered, live chat that wont work, oh and the Beautyrest help office doesn't open till 10am, imagine that. Now I am again waiting for the mattress, which wont arrive for a few more days.I guess we'll sleep on the box springs tonight. Worst worst worst delivery experience ever. Beauty rest should be ashamed. Terrible, Terrible Terrible!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a great mattress! I've had good mattresses but never a great mattress. This is in a whole new league. I would rate it on par or a step up from the formerly best mattress I had ever slept on at the Four Seasons. We had a pretty decent memory foam mattress, but it slept hot and had no bounce whatsoever. This mattress aleviates those 2 big problems and is so much better. I will say the wife got the Level 4 for her half of the split king and it is even better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t Do It We have a Beauty Rest Black C-Class Pillow Top. Worst money we ever spent, and it was not cheap. (4,699). It is now nearly three years old, and the Pillow Top stays depressed, except for the middle, which no one sleeps on. We are not ‘large’ people, so the weight is not a factor. Sadly, we are stuck with it as it will be a few years until we can replace it with something else. Honestly, I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brand new Beautyrest Black Series 2 I have slept on a Beautyrest for the last 10 years and loved it. I just got the Beautyrest Black series 2 to replace that one and I am so excited to sleep on it. The mattress itself is very luxurious and high quality. I have not slept on it yet, but laying on it in the store and when they delivered it, I know this mattress is perfect. It is firm and yet soft and I am looking forward to testing the cooling technology in this mattress.

My previous mattress was a hybrid Beautyrest and after 10 years (had a 25 year warranty) it failed and was bulging on the side. Beautyrest warranty department was EXCELLENT to work with and gave me full credit for the old mattress toward the new one. Start to finish, I had a comfortable new bed within 3 weeks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First non-hybrid mattress purchase I was apprehensive when it was delivered and I first laid on it because I was used to a 4” memory foam topper on my hybrid mattress. It felt very firm to me. First night I slightly elevated my head and knees with adjustable base and slept very well. No hip aches or shoulder pain. Very happy so far with this BeautyRest Black Series One!

This is our 3rd Beautyrest mattress and we are so excited to finally get back to a good nights rest. You can't go wrong with Beautyrest.
