Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun to use and LOVE this [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Ergo Power Base is fun to use because it has so many features like charging port under the bed (however I wish it were on the side of the bed); lights for night time (which help me and my senior dog); vibration (which is soothing and aids with helping you go to sleep, however, I wish the whole bed vibrated, it seems as through just the upper body vibrates); adjustability (which allows you to adjust the upper body; lumbar; and/or legs), and I loved how the guys who dropped off the bed assembled it really quick in under 30 minutes. With all things considered, I am loving my power base.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall great, just one thing... I bought a king size bed along with the ergo power base. I have had both for about a month now. During the second week, the vibration feature stopped working. I only used it about 3 times. I called customer support and they were great. They contacted their repair people. They called me and setup up an appointment to get it fix. They brought the motor with them, but it was working fine. They said it was a mother board chip (..???) So he didn't have part to fix it. So he has to come back next week. I know it will start working again, and all the other features are working perfectly. I'm just kind of worried how long this base will hold up.

I mainly wanted this because I do watch a lot of TV in bed, especially with the tempur-pedic mattress. However I was not prepared for how much it improved my sleep. I raise the legs a little, raise my head a little, and everything just sort of settles. The added bonuses (lights under the frame, massage, charging ports...USB and USB-C) are also so amazing. The massage feels like a cat purr. This review about cats and staying in bed makes me sound a little crazy, but I mean it. This thing is amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the power base to use with an old memory foam mattress and replace the box spring with which the mattress came. Miracle! My sleeping experience and mattress performance improved greatly. It almost felt like having a new mattress. It became firmer, more stable and movements of my partner are less bothersome. I am so happy about this powerbase that I decided to buy a tempurpedic mattress as well, in order to get the full experience of a tempurpedic sleeping system. To be clear, the powerbase was enough to improve my sleep, but since the mattress is 15 years old, I thought it was worth to buy a new one and definitely it will be a tempurpedic

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed to elevate & recover from a broken ankle [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I'd been struggling with elevating my recently broken ankle with a combination of pillows and props until I saw the Memorial Day sale on the adjustable Tempur-Ergo Power Base. It's just what the doctor ordered for me, and my ankle is so much better with the elevation choices to reduce my swelling. And my hubby and cat Penny heartily approve as well. Penny loves the vibration to put her to sleep and hubby loves elevating to watch movies in bed. The lighted base guides our way in the dark room without disturbing each other. The features are perfect, and I highly recommend this to anyone for a better-quality sleep experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great base overall [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The power-base is a must if you are upgrading to a new Tempur-Pedic bed. We had an existing wood frame, and were concerned that the power base would not fit inside of the frame. We measured first to be safe, but the power base fit with no problems at all! I left four stars instead of five, because the vibration feature tends to turn off randomly (everytime we use it). We ordered this power base because it lifted legs, back, and had a lumbar support- not because of the vibration feature. At this price point, I was hoping there wouldn't be any problems. All that said, I would still 100% buy this base again, and strongly recommend!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product I do not recommend this Ergo Smart Tempur base at all. Since I bought it, I have had problems with it activating itself in the early mornings. The vibration massage function has no way to turn it off, even when disconnected from the wall. The manufacturing company and the store where I bought it are not willing to replace it. The base that I am under warranty and that definitely came with some manufacturing defect, I paid 2,000 for something that I am not enjoying and using correctly and they don't care, I don't recommend bad service and use at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Defective USB ports otherwise great! I gotta say I'm really disappointed the USB ports don't work. I know that seems petty, but I could have bought another brand for lessor $$, but decided to stick with Tempur for the brand and perceived quality. How hard can it be to test that stuff before it leaves the factory? It's more of an inconvenience than anything. Customer support was fantastic and is getting the part sent to an installer who is coming out to replace a power cable. The base itself is excellent. It's quiet and while basic in presets it's all I needed and really completes the mattress. It's a totally different mattress with a base.
