The Hampton Hill Felicia Rust 4-Piece Full/Queen Comforter Set transforms your bedroom into a plush retreat with its luxurious design. The set features a comforter made from 100% polyester crushed velvet fabric in a rich rust color, complemented by a quilted diamond pattern that adds a touch of sophistication. The comforter measures 90 inches by 90 inches and is filled with polyester for added warmth. Included are two standard shams with a narrow flange and an overlap opening, also made from crushed velvet and matching the comforter. The set is completed with a decorative oblong pillow, featuring an embroidered design on a polyester cover. This comforter set, with its hypoallergenic polyester fill, offers both exceptional comfort and easy maintenance, as it is machine washable. Please note that items may arrive rolled or compressed, and a quick fluff or steam iron may be needed to smooth out any wrinkles.

The next steps in the delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the state of Iowa, or outside the state of Iowa.

Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with delivery outside the state of Iowa may request a shipping date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.

Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and delivery/shipping charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.
