Ingredients

1/4 cup (50 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate |
|

4 tsp (20 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice |
|
|
• |
2 oz (50 mL) amber rum |
|
|
• |
1/2 oz (15 mL) orange liqueur |
|
|
• |
4 ice cubes |
|
|
• |
1 tbsp (15 mL) grenadine |
|
|
|

Preparation
|
|
In blender, on high speed, blend orange juice concentrate, lime juice, rum, orange liqueur and ice until slushy. Pour into a highball glass and top with grenadine.
Makes 1 serving.
