Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great adjustable base. We love the base, it does everything on the remote. I'm not too fond of the App that goes with it. I'm unsure if it's the App or the processor on the bed frame, it will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi. Once it's disconnected you have to go through the setup process, even resetting the processor under the bed. Most things reconnect themselves this App will not and you can't reconnect in any way in the App without uninstalling it and resetting the processor. To use the bed frame as fully advertised you need the App. To do the extra things that they say it does like track your sleep, destress in Bed, Prepare for Sleep, or use SoundScape Mode. When it works I feel like I'm getting a better night's sleep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb bed frame with all the bells and whistles! The Split King with 2 Twin frames is great for partners who want different positions. The 3 motors (head, feet, lumbar) work well and provide multiple variations for sleeping and rest positions. In particular, the lumbar support helps my low back feel better. The Sleeptracker app is informative for sleep stats and the Wind Down programs are great for naps. I like the Wave Form massage feature to help me relax, but I'm not so thrilled with the SoundScape mode where it thumps with the bass beat of the music (but I may try it again anyway!). The Spotify App works will with the built in speaker, but I find my Bose headphones have higher sound quality. Overall, 10 out of 10 for meeting the advertised features.

I love that I can save my favorite configurations and easily switch between a few options when I'm struggling to fall asleep. The only reason I knocked a star off is due to the snore response. Seemingly would love this feature, but in reality it actually irks up my partner's snoring and adjusts my bed more often than not. I know this because I caught it one morning responding when I got out of bed early. No one was in the bed! But my partner was on his side yet close to the crack and slightly snoring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get it The air that comes up from the base through the mattress is excellent. Plus I love the bed does so many cool things. I get in bed and put my legs up as far as they will go. That feels great after that I put it flat then lumbar all the way up. It feels so good. Then I use the app to play ocean music to go to sleep with. This bed makes going to sleep so wonderful. The app does a lot more things but I haven't used that yet. I love this bed even though it was a lot more money to buy. It's worth every cent I payed. Don't let the price stop you from purchasing it. I love love it .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fix the Sleeptracker AI Alexa Skill It's been months since you've known that users have not been able to link their Sleeptracker AI accounts with Alexa to control their bases and you have done nothing to fix what should be a quick coding fix. This is affecting every user of the Alexa skill. I purchased the base at least in part because of this functionality. I do not appreciate the reduced functionality of my product. Either remove the skill and stop advertising this functionality to help sell bases or get it fixed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from INSTALLATION SERVICE INCOMPLETE There is nothing wrong with the base but it is not user friendly. The installation people failed to mention we need to take the mattress cover apart to get to the serial number needed to register the product and that you need to be able to see the bottom of the base to connect to the app so all the functions will work. Not good service. After 12 days of using it we still cannot connect to the app and have to continuously check under the frame for qr codes, serials number etc. very frustrating. to get through to customer service or support its an hour event. not happy.

Trying to find out if my split king bases are supposed to wired together or not!!!! My white glove delivery didn't set it up right according to the you tube video. Mattress firm wants to send Spanish speaking people to check if it's hooked up right and mattress firm will translate for me! Very disgusted right now for the money I have spent for bases and mattresses!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Over priced It does what it's designed to do. But it's not worth the 10k I spent for the system. I didn't receive the incentives as promised. The promo is more of a bait and switch to get you to pay an exorbitant price for pillows. Though I'm satisfied, I'm not thrilled.
