Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with delivery outside the state of Iowa may request a shipping date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.

Returns

Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise, including clearance items purchased online. However this policy excludes in-store clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and delivery/shipping charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Expect card refunds to take up to 7 business days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bob27777 from More disappointing than the election I was very disappointed, and I mean VERY disappointed, by the quality of the entire bed. The only part I liked was the mattress we bought separately from the bed. The drawers on the bed did not slide along the track (unless you hulk pushed them in and even then it was at a 45 deg angle from the bed - i.e. crooked). Additionally, the bed material is very cheap and it cracked inside a box packed in secure Styrofoam so we had to replace the headboard.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Blake22 from Better quality than most storage beds I purchased this for my child as we thought the storage it showcased was rather handy. We're a few weeks in and so far it's been fantastic. Assembly: This is a time consuming part for this bed. It's definitely on the advanced side and will require some time and patience as the instructions aren't the best. There are some bits you question why it wasn't made together or pre-assembled for shipment as some steps seem gruesome. It's easily doable in an afternoon. Storage: The drawers are spacious, although ours didn't align quiet perfectly, they still work fine but there is a ever so slight noticeable gap that cannot be fixed. The headboard has to cube sotrages that open and we've found these very handy, but storing anything inside the cube itself if you want to open it becomes pointless, obviously. Value: The materials are decent. Definitely superior to what you'd get from most value products at the price point. Eveything is sturdy and absolutely no reason to question the longevity if properly assembled.
