What happens when my product arrives with missing parts?
If an item you receive arrives with any missing parts, it's important to get in contact with our Service Department as soon as possible. Email us at contactus@homemakers.com, call us at 1-888-967-7467 or (515) 276-2772, or live chat with us during our regular business hours.
Immediate Steps to Take
- Contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible
- Provide any helpful information regarding your product (e.g. SKU, product name, missing parts)
- Check for hidden compartments in your furniture for missing parts
- If possible, take pictures of any box labels or tags that were delivered with your item
Ordering Parts
If your product is missing a part, a customer service manager will need to confirm your request to be sure the correct part is ordered for you.
If you are seeking to purchase replacement parts not covered under our service warranty, please contact our Service Department so that we may check the availability and cost of the parts you want to order.
Note that there are some brands, manfacturers or certain product from companies that the customer would need to directly contact if your product(s) were delivered with missing parts.
