• Our pickup department will assist in processing your order. You will be contacted when your items are ready for pickup.
• Once your order is ready for pickup, we recommend that you call us or reply to the in-stock notification text to let us know you are on your way.
• When you arrive at our store, look for the signs labeled "Pickups" and "Customer Pickup" in the parking lot. These signs will direct you to our pickup area located at the northwest side of the building.
• You will need to stop at the speaker box located at the entrance of the pickup area to provide all your order numbers. Our team will direct you from there.
• While you are waiting for your order to be prepared, please ensure that you have your vehicle cleared to ensure there is room for your items.
• If you are in a rental vehicle or have non-Iowa license plates, you will also need to provide your driver's license at the time of pickup.

Our showroom address is 10215 Douglas Ave, Urbandale, Iowa 50322. When you reach our showroom, you will follow signs for "Pickups" which is on the northwest side of the building from the Douglas Ave entrance.

If you placed an online order, wait to receive an email or text that your order is ready for pickup. If it is in-stock, your order will be available for pickup in 2-hours.

If you placed an order in-store, you should receive an email or text that your order is ready for pickup. If it is in-stock, you will be able to proceed to the pickups department immediately.

• Once you have received that email or text, it is recommended that you call ahead and let us know you're on your way so we can have your items ready.
• Drive to our designated 27-lane pickup area and have your order numbers readily available at the speaker. Follow the instructions from the pickups attendee and find your designated lane to park.
• Have your vehicle open and ready for our team to load it securely into your vehicle.

If you live outside of Iowa or have a non-Iowa license plate, you will also need to provide your driver's license.

If you aren't picking up your in-stock order the same day, we will hold your items for 30 days. Additionally if your order is out-of-stock at the time of ordering it, we will hold your items for 30 days from the day it arrives at our warehouse.
