The answer is: b) Fennel seed can help to relieve diarrhea because it helps to relieve abdominal pain and gas. You can make a fennel tea by pouring 1 cup of water on 1 to 2 teaspoons of crushed fennel seed -- let it steep for about 10 minutes.
