Exercise and you: The perfect fit
With the expert advice of the YMCA of Greater Toronto we've given you some dynamic tools to help you stay fit and healthy all year long.

Coming up: In our April 2005 issue we launch our fitness express series. Once more with the help of the YMCA experts, we'll provide you with a direct approach to evaluating a variety of exercise programs, some familiar, some new, to determine which ones best suit your needs. We'll take you through exercises that you've been hesitant to try -- and we'll explain the benefits, separating fact from hype. We'll also give you shortcuts to getting started on the right foot. Never tried yoga? We'll explain the different types and walk you through several poses so you can see if it's right for you. We'll do your homework before you even consider signing up for the first class. After all, when it comes to fitness and your body, it's about getting the right fit.
