Part 1: The first instalment in our exclusive fusion fitness plan is designed to get your energy flowing. Meredith Coke of the YMCA leads you through four exercises that will help to improve your balance, condition your core muscles and tone up your thighs, chest, shoulders and back. For best results, try doing these exercises three times a week.
What you'll need: -stability ball -tension band -comfortable clothing -proper footwear
